NOTICE

 

UG Students of 3rd and 5th semester who have not submitted filled in examination forms of the forthcoming semester end examinations scheduled to be held on Dec, 2019 within the allotted time period are hereby notified that from 16th -18th, Oct 2019 University Office will accept the 1ate submission of filled in examination forms including issuance of the same (if that necessitates) with the required “Delay Fine”.

Examination forms will be issued to the candidates on the production of photocopy of bank challan amounting to Rs 100 (Rs 30 for examination form and Rs 70 Delay fine) paid in favor of this University (cash to be deposited in the designated branch of Bank of India). Students are requested to collect the copies of the blank challan forms from the University Office.

The students are not required to deposit the examinations fees at the point of submission of filled in examination forms. Students are required to deposit the required Examination related fees along with the condonation fee for short attendance percentage (if applicable) at the time of issuance of Admit Cards.

The time for issuance and submission of aforesaid examination forms as well as the blank challans on the above mentioned dates is noted below:

 

12.00 Noon to 2.00 PM. and 3.00 PM. - 4.00 PM

 

It is reiterated that the last date of late submission of filled in examination forms with “Delay Fine” to the Office of the Controller of Examinations is 18.10.2019
